Cancellation and Replacement
If you are unable to attend the event, a substitute delegate may attend the event in your place at no additional charge. Please notify us immediately of any such changes. Please note that cancellations received before the 7th September 2007 will be refunded in full.
Cancellations received between the 7th September 2007 and 17th September 2007 inclusive will be entitled to a 25% refund of the delegate rate. No refund will be provided for any cancellations received after 17th September 2007 or for non-attendance at the event.
